		Perhaps the most important thing to understand is that for the past 20 years I have used the No Excuse Leadership method to succeed beyond my competiton. Over the past 10 years I have built two of my own companies to distinction in the two wildly different industries of finance and defense. Most recently I was the co-founder of M9 Defnese, Inc. I am not alone in using the power of No Excuse Leadership. The model is used by multitudes of others, like myself, who were inculcated in the thought process at West Point and Army Ranger School. In the military I had the benefit of actually leading people and honing my skills in real life conditions when facing real consequences. My eleven years of service were a proving ground for personal habits of leadership which fosterd my success as a civilian. In the background of my professional life I have written and published two books and developed programs that give leadership and decision-making advantages to professionals of all experiences. I have spoken to and trained clients from America's largest companies as well as helped mid-level managers and leaders of start-ups launch ahead of the pack.
